Operation Supervisor

A reputed company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Operations Supervisor. The role is responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating staff activities, maintaining service standards, and ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
Ensure daily operations are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and work schedules.
Identify operational issues and implement suitable solutions.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
Monitor service quality and address customer or operational concerns.
Support management in achieving operational targets.
Train and guide team members when required.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Requirements
Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a related field.
Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Flexible and willing to work according to operational requirements.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong organizational skills may also apply.
