A well-established organization is seeking a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe, secure, and well-organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate security guards and daily shifts
Monitor access control and site security procedures
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections
Prepare incident reports and maintain security records
Ensure guards follow company policies and safety procedures
Coordinate shift schedules and staff deployment
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
Communicate with management regarding security concerns
Maintain discipline, professional conduct, and operational standards
