Description:

Lutfi Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Receptionist Cum Cashier to join its team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who can efficiently manage front desk operations while handling cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

The successful candidate will welcome customers, process payments, maintain cash records, and provide excellent customer service in both Arabic and English. You will also coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries in both Arabic and English.

• Manage cashier operations, including cash collections, POS transactions, and receipt issuance.

• Maintain accurate daily cash records and transaction documentation.

• Process customer payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.

• Provide basic information about products and services to customers.

• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.

• Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department.

• Perform daily cash closing, reconciliation, and maintain proper filing of records.

Requirements:

• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.

• Good numerical ability and cash-handling skills.

• Well-presented, organized, and customer-oriented.

• Strong knowledge of:
