Receptionist cum cashier

A reputed company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Receptionist cum Cashier. The role involves welcoming customers and visitors, handling front-desk responsibilities, processing payments, maintaining basic records, and providing friendly customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a friendly manner.
Handle front-desk and reception duties.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Manage cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Issue receipts and maintain daily cash records.
Handle basic billing and cashier-related activities.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.
Assist customers with general questions and requests.
Coordinate with other departments when required.
Maintain a clean and organized reception/cashier area.
Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, Front Desk Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Good English communication skills.
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
