American Gulf School Dubai is seeking a professional and enthusiastic School Receptionist to join its administrative team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide a welcoming experience for students, parents, staff, and visitors.

The successful candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced school environment. Candidates with previous school reception experience and strong Arabic and English language skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome students, parents, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage front desk operations and handle daily reception duties.

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriately.

• Maintain visitor records and ensure proper access procedures are followed.

• Provide administrative support to school departments when required.

Requirements:
