Description:

Mimar Models is seeking a professional and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join its growing team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for an organized individual with strong communication skills and experience in front desk operations, administrative support, and business documentation.

The successful candidate will manage reception activities, coordinate office administration tasks, and assist with preparing business proposals, quotations, and tender documents. Applicants with excellent English communication skills, strong MS Office knowledge, and the ability to join immediately are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

• Prepare and format business proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

• Coordinate with the operations team to collect required information for proposals.

• Maintain company records, correspondence, and filing systems.

• Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and support daily office administration.

• Handle courier services, mail, and company inquiries efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.

• Experience preparing business proposals and quotations.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Female candidates are preferred, with preference for Indian candidates.
