A well-established medical clinic in Dubai is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join its team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with previous experience in medical or aesthetic clinics who enjoys providing exceptional patient support in a professional healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will manage front-desk operations, coordinate patient appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients while supporting the clinic’s daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and provide professional front-desk assistance.

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar.

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.

• Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate daily patient flow and support clinic operations.
