Digital Solutions Specialist UAE

BagginsHQ is seeking motivated and commercially driven Digital Solutions Specialists to join our remote team.

The Digital Solutions Specialist will help customers identify suitable technology solutions from BagginsHQ develop new business opportunities build customer relationships and contribute directly to customer acquisition and commercial growth.

This is a performance-driven role suited to individuals who are confident communicating with customers identifying business needs presenting solutions and achieving measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through approved channels.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BagginsHQ digital and technology solutions.
  
• Present BagginsHQ products services packages and solutions to prospective customers.
  
• Conduct prospect follow-ups and manage opportunities through the customer journey.
  
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
• Identify opportunities for additional services upselling cross-selling and renewals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of prospects opportunities customers and commercial activity.
  
• Work with internal teams to support customer onboarding and successful service delivery.
  
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and commercial opportunities.
  
• Meet agreed performance and revenue targets.
  
• Provide regular activity and performance reports.
  
• Maintain strong product knowledge and continuously improve solution-presentation skills.
  
• Represent BagginsHQ professionally in all customer interactions.
  

Commercial Performance

Performance will be assessed based on:

• Verified revenue generated.

Requirements

Required

• Previous experience in sales business development customer acquisition account management technology telecommunications SaaS digital services or a related field.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  
• Strong presentation negotiation and persuasion skills.
  
• Customer-focused approach.
  
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Benefits

Performance-Based Probation

Successful candidates will initially serve a 60-day performance-based probation period .

During probation:

USD 60 monthly facilitation

No fixed monthly salary is paid during the probation period.

The primary probation milestone is to generate at least USD 1000 in verified revenue while demonstrating satisfactory customer engagement commercial activity professionalism and overall suitability for the role.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be confirmed into permanent employment once the Company determines that the required performance standard has been achieved.

Permanent Employment

Upon successful confirmation:

USD 600 gross monthly salary

USD 60 monthly facilitation

Future salary increments may be provided based on sustained performance commercial contribution increased responsibility and BagginsHQs Employee Growth Structure.
