Description:
Al Tatawwar is seeking an experienced ERP Sales Specialist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven background in B2B software sales and hands-on experience selling ERP solutions such as Odoo, ERPNext, or similar enterprise platforms.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, delivering solution presentations, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through successful deal closure. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate, identify, and qualify new ERP sales opportunities and business leads.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their business operations, challenges, and ERP requirements.
• Conduct professional demonstrations and presentations of Odoo, ERPNext, or similar ERP solutions.
• Develop tailored ERP solutions, commercial proposals, quotations, and project scopes.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams during pre-sales and solution discovery.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close B2B ERP software deals.
• Build long-term client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, pipeline activities, and achievement of assigned targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP or B2B software sales.
• Proven sales experience with Odoo, ERPNext, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to engage with business owners, senior management, finance teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Commercially driven with the ability to independently manage complex sales opportunities.
