Description:

Alaabdi Holding is seeking a motivated Branch Sales Executive to support personal finance sales activities across the UAE. The role is focused on acquiring new-to-bank customers, achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities through direct engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, corporate partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and a high standard of customer service. Strong product knowledge, accurate documentation, and compliance with banking policies will be important aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new-to-bank customers for Personal Finance products and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate partners.

• Generate new business through customer visits and company visits.

• Follow bank policies and ensure all customer documentation is accurate and complete.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and application process.

• Maintain strong knowledge of relevant financial products and services.

• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for efficient processing.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales, banking, financial services, or a customer-focused environment is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
