Description:

ABTECH Trading LLC is hiring a Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have sales experience, preferably within the lighting industry, and a passion for developing customer relationships and delivering innovative lighting solutions.

The role involves working with MEP consultants, construction contractors, and clients to identify opportunities, provide technical product solutions, and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver suitable lighting solutions based on customer requirements.

This position offers an opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow their career while contributing to the expansion of ABTECH’s lighting solutions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads through site visits, especially from MEP consultants and construction contractors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving company revenue targets.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations for lighting products and solutions.

• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to provide customized solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the lighting range.

• Monitor market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of general sales experience.

• Experience in lighting companies, B2B sales, UAE construction companies, or MEP contractors is preferred.

• Electrical or lighting industry background is an advantage.

• Valid UAE Visa (Self-sponsored or Family Visa).

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• B2B sales processes and client relationship management.

• Lighting products and technical solution presentation.

• Construction and MEP industry requirements.
