Construction Manager (Oil & Gas)

• Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.
• Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities including subcontractors and personnel
• Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies standards guidelines and procedures
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities
• Provide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the project
• Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions
• Build and Manage effective Construction teams
• Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings within budget and time schedules
• Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team
• Manage the RFI and change order process in the field
• Assist with the preparation of change orders
• Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impacts
• Maintain detailed accurate and complete documentation of construction activities

Qualifications :

• BSc or MSc in any relevant Engineering Discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical)
• Total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience for min. 7 years in the Oil & Gas Projects.
• Deep understanding and knowledge with construction management systems processes and tools
• Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or any equivalent) is highly preferable.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Engineering procurement construction pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness.
