Depot Construction Manager

As part of a major infrastructure project, we are seeking a Depot Construction Manager (M/F) to oversee the construction of a Rail maintenance depot.
Your Responsibilities :
- Oversee on-site construction activities through to project handover.
- Coordinate the various trades and contractors involved.
- Supervise civil engineering, utility network, and technical installation work.
- Monitor the progress of the work and ensure adherence to the schedule.
- Ensure that the completed work complies with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
- Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and report to project management.
- Participate in site meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications :
- Advanced degree in civil engineering, construction, or engineering.
- Proven experience in managing complex construction projects.
- Solid experience coordinating multi-trade and multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of issues related to infrastructure, networks, and civil engineering projects.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and management skills.
- Experience in the rail industry is preferred but not required.
