Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Manage critical infrastructure including:
- HVAC and Precision Cooling Systems (CRAC/CRAH)
- Chillers and Cooling Towers
- UPS Systems
- DG Sets
- Transformers and Switchgear
- Fire Detection and Suppression Systems
- Plumbing and Drainage Systems
- BMS and DCIM Systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP project management.
- At least 5+ years of experience managing Data Center or Mission-Critical Facility projects.
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning and delivery of Tier III or Tier IV Data Centers.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems, and critical environments.
