Hotel EHS Manager: Food Safety, Compliance & Training
Rotana Hotels
Rotana Hotels seeks an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the hotel’s EHS and food safety programs, ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations. You will develop manuals, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental stewardship and guest/employee well-being.
You will collaborate with departments, conduct training, manage documents, and champion Rotana Earth initiatives while maintaining safe operations and meeting ISO/HACCP standards.
