Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Lead

Jobsatdubai is seeking an Assistant Manager – Quality in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves overseeing departmental responsibilities during the absence of the HOD and implementing quality improvement programs throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years in healthcare quality management. Strong English communication skills and JCIA experience are essential. The position is focused on ensuring effective patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
