DREAMZTECH is a leading provider of IT System Data Services based in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a dedicated HR Management professional to join our team. As an HR Management apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff members.
- Handle employee inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR internship or related work experience.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
