We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and day-to-day HR administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Assist with payroll data preparation and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • HR certification or training is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers with strong communication and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Accuracy of employee records and documentation.
  • Timely completion of recruitment and onboarding tasks.
  • Employee query resolution time.
  • Attendance and leave record accuracy.
  • Compliance with HR processes and deadlines.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
