The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting qualified candidates, and supporting the organization's talent acquisition objectives. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Hiring & Selection

• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
• Prepare job offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Employer Branding

• Promote the company's employer brand through various recruitment platforms.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.

HR Support

• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Support HR initiatives and administrative activities as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
