Description:

A leading organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced Procurement Assistant to support its purchasing operations within the catering and food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on procurement experience and strong knowledge of supplier coordination, quotations, and inventory processes.

The successful candidate will assist in managing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of purchasing requirements. Candidates with UAE experience and industry knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily procurement activities and purchasing operations.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, and order requirements.

• Assist in supplier management and maintain procurement records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of required items.

• Support inventory coordination and stock-related activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation related to purchasing transactions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of previous procurement experience.

• Catering or Food & Beverage industry experience is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of purchasing processes, suppliers, quotations, and inventory coordination.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Procurement and supplier coordination

• Quotations, purchasing, and documentation

• Inventory coordination and F&B procurement processes
