Noble CM is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics Assistant to join its Purchasing & Logistics team in Dubai. This role is ideal for organized professionals who enjoy working with data, supplier information, and procurement documentation while supporting daily supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will assist in maintaining purchasing records, organizing supplier quotations, tracking shipments, and preparing reports to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and organize supplier quotations and offers accurately.

• Prepare supplier price comparison sheets for evaluation.

• Maintain purchasing records and supplier databases.

• Handle purchasing and logistics documentation.

• Update shipment tracking details and delivery information.

• Prepare purchasing and logistics reports.

• Identify and report missing information, discrepancies, and delivery delays.

• Maintain well-organized electronic and physical records.

Requirements:

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational abilities.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to compare, analyze, and organize large volumes of information.

• Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or administration is an advantage.
