Description:
JMC Group is currently seeking a dedicated Procurement Assistant to join its team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with procurement or purchasing experience who are looking to build their career within the manpower supply industry.
The selected candidate will assist with procurement operations, coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase documentation, and ensure timely delivery of materials required for business operations and worker mobilization. Immediate joiners with UAE experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Procure PPE, uniforms, tools, office supplies, and other required materials.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier commitments.
• Support worker mobilization and fulfill site material requirements.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement files.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of procurement or purchasing experience.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Procurement processes and purchasing procedures.
• Supplier coordination and documentation.
• Inventory support and procurement record management.
