Document Controller
Description

Role Overview
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing documents, maintaining filing systems, tracking revisions, and ensuring important records are properly organized and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company documents and records
Organize digital and physical filing systems
Review, update, and track document revisions
Ensure proper documentation procedures are followed
Coordinate with departments for document collection and submission
Prepare reports and maintain document logs
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information
Support administrative tasks when required
