TRIO CAFE UAE is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Controller to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong document management skills who can maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support multiple departments with efficient documentation processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company documents and records, maintaining version control procedures, and ensuring that documentation is properly stored, tracked, and retrieved when required. The position also requires close coordination with various departments to support operational and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and control all company documents, records, and files in both digital and physical formats.

• Ensure proper document version control, tracking, approvals, and record management.

• Support departments with the timely retrieval, submission, and distribution of required documents.

• Coordinate documentation requirements for projects, operations, HR, finance, and corporate office functions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.

• Prepare reports and maintain an efficient and organized document management system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management systems.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
