Description:

General International is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Document Controller to join its Projects Team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in handling technical documentation within MEP and ELV project environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all project-related documents, ensuring accuracy, proper version control, and compliance with company and project standards. The role plays a key part in supporting smooth project execution across multiple engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project documentation for MEP and ELV projects.

• Ensure proper document control procedures, including filing, indexing, and version tracking.

• Distribute updated drawings, reports, and technical documents to relevant teams.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors for document submissions.

• Ensure compliance with project documentation standards and requirements.

• Support audits and project reviews by providing required documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in document control, preferably in MEP or ELV projects.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation handling.

• Familiarity with construction or engineering project documentation systems.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.

• Strong knowledge of:
