Job Summary:

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets for Pearson school qualifications. Drive growth by managing key partner relationships, optimising team performance, and representing Pearson’s brand across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve and exceed revenue for school qualifications, including personal.
• Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
• Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional plans and initiatives are fit-for-purpose and support growth.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners, school groups, and ministries to maximise opportunities and promote Pearson’s brand.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage direct reports, ensuring clear goals, regular feedback, and a strong, positive team culture.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• Proven experience managing sales teams in education or a related sector.

• Experience with pipeline management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• People management experience required.
