As the company continues to expand, it is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Poster to join its Revenue Cycle Management team. This role focuses on accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments while ensuring proper reconciliation and compliance with internal financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter insurance and patient payments accurately within 48 hours of deposit.
• Perform timely payment reconciliation across business lines.
• Post payments and refunds based on EOBs and bank deposit records.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues in payment posting processes.
• Assist in resolving payment-related errors and ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate issues to management during reconciliation processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support overall revenue cycle operations as required.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of payment posting and reconciliation processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.
