Global Freelance Recruiter (Placement-Based)

Job Description

RecruiterGrounds is a global recruiter-first platform connecting independent recruiters with hiring opportunities, employers, and recruitment technology.

We are expanding our global recruiter network and are looking for experienced and motivated freelance recruiters who want the flexibility to work independently, access available recruiting opportunities, and earn placement-based rewards for successful hires.

This is an independent freelance opportunity, not a traditional salaried employment position.

Responsibilities

• Review available hiring opportunities on the RecruiterGrounds platform.
• Source qualified candidates through professional networks, sourcing platforms, referrals, communities, and other legitimate recruiting channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates before submission.
• Submit and endorse qualified candidates for suitable opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Track candidate submissions and hiring progress through RecruiterGrounds.
• Choose the opportunities you want to work on based on your experience, network, and areas of specialization.
• Follow RecruiterGrounds recruiter guidelines, submission requirements, and professional standards.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, HR, executive search, or a related field.
• Ability to identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own recruiting activity.
• Access to professional networks, sourcing platforms, candidate communities, referrals, or other legitimate sourcing channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Comfortable participating in a performance-based freelance recruiting model rather than traditional salaried employment.

Recruiters with specialized industry expertise, international recruiting experience, established candidate networks, or experience working on hard-to-fill positions are especially encouraged to apply.
