Recruitment Executive

Platinum Inc Consultancy is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join its growing recruitment team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with initial recruitment experience who are looking to develop their skills in sourcing, candidate management, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication abilities, confidence in dealing with candidates, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Immediate joiners currently available on Dependent Visa or Family Visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate suitability.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.

• Perform Boolean searches to identify qualified talent.

• Communicate with candidates professionally and provide updates regarding opportunities.

• Support recruitment activities and contribute to meeting hiring targets.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 2 years of recruitment experience.

• Candidates with recruitment experience from their home country are also considered.

• Strong communication skills with fluent English.

• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search is an advantage.
