Description:

ADMS is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join its Finance team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with UAE accounting experience who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and finance knowledge, with experience in industries such as FMCG, logistics, delivery services, or warehouse management. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily accounting activities.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

• Support management with financial analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Accounting and Finance.

• CA or ACCA qualified or partially qualified, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong accounting and financial management knowledge.

• Experience in FMCG, Logistics, Delivery Services, or Warehouse Management is preferred.

• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial accounting and bookkeeping

• UAE accounting practices and financial reporting

• Microsoft Excel and accounting software
