Description:

A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant – FP&A to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insights, supporting strategic business planning, and monitoring overall financial performance. Candidates with UAE experience and a background in a Family Office, Investment/Holding Company, or diversified business group will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and perform detailed variance analysis.

• Develop monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and MIS reports.

• Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support business decisions.

• Monitor cash flows, costs, profitability, and overall business performance.

• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

• Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.

• Consolidate and analyze financial information across multiple entities.

• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and/or FP&A.

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Hands-on experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Experience within a Family Office, Investment/Holding Company, or diversified business group is an advantage.

• UAE experience will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Modelling

• Microsoft Excel & ERP Systems
