A Sales HORECA Manager / Senior is responsible for developing and managing sales activities within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering) by building strong customer relationships, increasing revenue, and expanding market presence in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the HORECA market in Abu Dhabi.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and food service businesses.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients.
• Promote company products, including food products, beverages, and FMCG items.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market analysis.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client concerns professionally.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM or reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a HORECA Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive in the UAE.
• Strong experience in the Abu Dhabi HORECA market is mandatory .
• Experience in FMCG, food products, beverages, or food service industries.
• Existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is often required.
