HORECA Sales Manager - Dry Foods

Our client is a well-established food distribution company specializing in the supply of premium dry food products to the HORECA and retail sectors.

We are hiring an ambitious, commercially driven HORECA Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our client’s dry foods business across the UAE.

Based in Dubai, this is a strategic and hands-on business development role for a proven sales professional responsible for identifying new market opportunities, securing key accounts, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and developing a high-performing sales team to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HORECA business growth across the UAE by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring strategic accounts and building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, cloud kitchens and food service operators.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers including owners, CEOs, procurement directors, executive chefs and purchasing managers to secure long-term commercial partnerships.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing HORECA sales team, establishing a culture of accountability, customer excellence and revenue growth.
• Manage commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts and long-term agreements while working closely with procurement, logistics and operations teams to ensure effective customer fulfillment.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ proven HORECA sales management experience within the UAE dry food distribution sector, with a strong track record of acquiring new business, growing revenue and achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Established network across the UAE HORECA market with strong relationships with key decision-makers including owners, procurement leaders, executive chefs and food service operators.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and sales capability development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex agreements, manage margins and close high-value business opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior stakeholder level.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
