Description:

ProSource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support its Business Development function. This remote opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at coordination, communication, relationship management, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Business Development, vendor partners, members, committee chairs, and internal teams. The role focuses on managing meetings, tracking follow-ups, maintaining communication, supporting partnerships, and ensuring that important details are completed efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the VP of Business Development with executive coordination, meeting preparation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

• Create meeting agendas, document action items, and ensure timely completion of follow-up activities.

• Draft and manage professional communications with vendors, members, and business partners.

• Prepare meeting invitations, reminders, summaries, and follow-up correspondence.

• Maintain outreach trackers, contact records, and communication updates in Salesforce.

• Support vendor communications, member engagement activities, and committee initiatives.

• Coordinate with committee chairs and members to ensure meetings and follow-up actions are completed.

• Assist with presentations, briefing documents, reports, and business development materials.

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, merchandising, operations, marketing, and events.

• Handle confidential business and financial information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience in executive support, business development coordination, sales operations, or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading ability.

• Ability to communicate professionally with executives, CEOs, and business leaders.

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Strong teamwork mindset with a service-oriented approach.

• Experience with Salesforce is required.
