E-commerce Manager - Middle East

Sacoor Brothers is an international premium fashion and lifestyle brand recognized for excellence, sophistication, and customer experience across multiple international markets.

As part of our continued growth in the Middle East region, we are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven E-commerce Manager – Middle East to lead and accelerate our online business performance across the GCC markets.

This role will be responsible for driving online sales, improving customer experience, optimizing digital operations, and developing the regional e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall e-commerce strategy and performance across Middle East markets.
• Manage and optimize the brand’s online store performance, customer journey, and conversion rates.
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, AOV, conversion, and commercial KPIs.
• Develop and execute regional digital trade calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing, stock availability, and merchandising strategies online.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to align paid media, CRM, influencer campaigns, SEO, and social commerce initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve online performance and user experience.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and marketplace partners.
• Ensure website content, visuals, banners, and product pages are updated and aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee online customer experience and support continuous improvements in service quality.
• Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives connecting retail stores and e-commerce operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging digital opportunities within the fashion and retail landscape.
• Support the implementation of new digital tools, platforms, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Trading, preferably within Fashion, Retail, or Lifestyle industries.
  
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
  
• Experience managing online trading performance and commercial KPIs.
  
• Knowledge of GCC/Middle East retail and e-commerce market trends is highly preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and SEO best practices.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and customer experience.
  
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
