On behalf of C.C.JENSEN, MARPRO Group is looking for a Technical Service Engineer for the office in Kezad. You will report to the General Manager of the company.
The job
As a Sales Engineer at C.C. JENSEN Middle East, you will play a key role in strengthening our market position across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Your primary responsibility will be to drive local sales by developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
You will engage with a broad range of industries, including Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Distillation, Aluminium Manufacturing and Chemical Processing, where our solutions are already well recognized and in operation with leading companies.
Working in close collaboration with our Dubai office and the regional Power & Industry team, you will identify and evaluate opportunities where our technologies can create measurable value for customers. This includes preparing well structured business cases, supporting the decision-making process, and contributing to the advancement of industry standards.
You will join a dedicated and highly competent sales team characterized by professionalism, independence and strong technical insight. The role requires extensive travel within the region to maintain close contact with customers and ensure high-quality stakeholder engagement.
Professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven interest in technical sales, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at multiple levels.
Solid technical understanding, enabling you to interpret system requirements and communicate technical value propositions.
Experience preparing, presenting, and negotiating technical and commercial proposals.
Strong coordination skills, ensuring efficient collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Proactive, self‑driven and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism across multiple markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship building with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with extensive regional travel and frequent customer engagement.
Structured and disciplined approach to planning, prioritizing and following up on sales activities and customer interactions.
