As an Effective member of Drakken’s Sales team, the successful candidate will be an active participant in following strategic corporate priorities and will be responsible for delivering the Techno-Commercial and social framework in which many of those strategies will be effectively realized.
The successful candidate will work closely with Drakken’s Executive team in creating and developing innovative project solutions to a wide and complex range of business needs relating to Drakken’s global clientele. The successful candidate will be a sales-minded thinker capable of increasing Drakken’s sales pipeline by growing a business network, fostering new relationships, and discovering new opportunities for sales.What You Will Be Accountable For
Build and grow new business relationships through proactive outreach (meetings, calls, emails), ensuring alignment with Drakken’s strategy.
Identify, pursue, and generate qualified opportunities, proactively hunting target organizations and initiating high-value partnerships.
Lead the development of commercial proposals in close collaboration with project and technical teams to deliver competitive, integrated solutions.
Develop and execute negotiation strategies; structure, negotiate, and close contracts while aligning risks, financials, and operational requirements.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding annual business development targets and contributing to the Business Development and Work Plans.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trendsetter ideas, evaluate potential deals, and provide strategic recommendations.
Ensure seamless handover and cross-departmental coordination, maintain strong client relationships, and enhance organizational reputation through continuous improvement and professional development.
Success
Success will be measured against revenue targets set by Executive Team members.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Electrical and/or Control Systems design and implementation.
Strong expertise in identifying new business opportunities, emerging technologies, key accounts, and customers, with the ability to assess technical challenges and new applications.
Proven ability to develop compelling commercial proposals, negotiate and close contracts, and effectively prioritize and track business development initiatives and product launches.
Mandatory experience in the Middle East market, with a solid understanding of regional business practices and industry landscape.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; proactive self-starter capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams.
Skilled in translating technical solutions into clear business development strategies, value propositions, and market-ready offerings.
Ability to enhance and coordinate the pitch process by delivering structured client briefings, aligning technical and commercial inputs, and recommending strategic approaches based on experience and analysis.
Multilingual capabilities are desirable; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Solid understanding and practical application of project management principles.
Special Conditions
Willingness to travel to all project offices as required.
Availability for international travel.
