As a key player in our business development team you will leverage your skills to identify new business opportunities build lasting relationships and drive growth within our organization.
Your role is pivotal in expanding our market presence accross major industry such as Hospitality Education Residential Industrial Manufaturing Retail and many more.

Tasks
- Identify and research potential clients within the facilities services industry to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Visit the client location to provide accurate quotation and tailor proposal based on their requirements
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative in a similar sales role within the Facilities Services industry.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
