Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day performance, execution, and optimization of select paid channels
- Serve as the primary manager of the paid media agency, setting strategy and reviewing performance
- Lead and scale the whitelisting and creator amplification program in partnership with creative and influencer teams
- Partner with creative strategists and brand teams to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative
- Translate high-level growth targets into channel-level execution plans, including budget allocation and forecasting
- Drive a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, and platform features
- Collaborate with the broader team to leverage attribution and incrementality data
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a high-growth DTC environment managing paid acquisition
- Deep expertise in paid social acquisition, specifically Meta and TikTok
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious channel targets
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of CAC efficiency, incrementality, and attribution
- Experience managing external agencies and setting high performance bars
- Deep understanding of creator-led and whitelisted advertising
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
