Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Summary
The Senior Product Marketing Manager drives go-to-market strategy and execution for specific products within the Astra Tech & Botim ecosystem, owning positioning, launches, and adoption across the platform’s communication, fintech, and digital services.
Reporting into the Head of Product Marketing, this role turns product capabilities into clear propositions and successful launches that drive user adoption and revenue. The Senior Product Marketing Manager partners closely with Product, Growth, and creative teams, brings deep customer and competitive insight, and owns the end-to-end marketing of their product area for a 150M+ user base.
Responsibilities
Own GTM strategy and execution for assigned products or services.
Plan and deliver product launches end to end, including post-launch optimisation.
Ensure launches drive measurable adoption and engagement.
Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for your product area.
Translate features into customer value and compelling propositions.
Create marketing content, enablement, and assets that support launches.
Build a deep understanding of target customers and their needs.
Monitor competitors and market trends to inform positioning.
Use insight to shape propositions and prioritise initiatives.
Partner with Growth and Product to drive adoption and lifecycle engagement.
Design and run campaigns that accelerate uptake of features and services.
Track performance and iterate to improve results.
Work closely with Product, Growth, Brand, and channel teams.
Coordinate launch readiness across stakeholders. Ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in product marketing within consumer technology, fintech, or digital platforms.
Proven track record executing go-to-market strategy and product launches.
Strong skills in positioning, messaging, and marketing content creation.
Solid grounding in customer insight and competitive analysis.
Data-driven approach to adoption and marketing effectiveness.
Exposure to fintech or digital services is an advantage.
