A Graduate Program at L’Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain a strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in industry! Come & join our Consumer and Market Insights team for a 9–12 months assignment. 

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager within our Corporate team, you will play a key role in attracting diverse talent to shape our future.

• Sourcing & Selection: Screen applications, conduct initial screenings, and build talent pipelines.
• Candidate Experience: Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, caring onboarding journey.
• Employer Branding: Support youth campus initiatives and local recruitment events.

We Are Looking For

You are a recent graduate eager to learn and make an impact. Based on our  L'Oréal Skills Library , we are looking for:

• Active Listening: To understand candidate aspirations.
• Communication: Fluent in English to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management: To coordinate campus events.
• Data Analytics: To track recruitment KPIs.
• Collaboration: Working across teams to support HR transformations.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

• You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
• You must be available for at least 9-12 months
