Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee and coordinate our manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, with an emphasis on maintaining quality standards and achieving production goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production processes to ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality products.
• Develop and implement effective production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow strategies to meet production targets.
• Monitor production activities and make adjustments as needed to address issues or improve efficiency.
• Oversee factory staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, EN, ISO) and company policies across all stages of manufacturing.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and logistics, to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production management, resource planning, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ASME, EN, or ISO manufacturing standards.
• Experience in steel manufacturing or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize complex production operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members across all levels.
