We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process from job posting to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable s.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and potential talent.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification when required.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms within approved company guidelines.
• Prepare and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Develop relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent availability, and industry hiring practices.
• Support employer branding and other HR initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or staffing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portal platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
