Export Sales Specialist
$2700 - $4000 per month Job Description:
- Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing overseas clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with international customers.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to order confirmation and shipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and review export documentation in compliance with international trade requirements.
- Participate in local and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the company's products.
- Conduct international market research and competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or ERP systems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Export Sales or International Business.
- Experience in the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) .
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally for customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
