We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with top performing merchants and ensure delivery of best-in-class customer management to merchants in this sector. - Manage partner accounts and nurture merchant relationships to maximize DCC opportunities.
- Monitor performance, deliver tailored MIS reporting, and conduct regular business reviews.
- Act as first point of contact for key merchants and partners.
- Provide training, compliance support, and assist with marketing/promotional activities.
- Collaborate with partners to innovate and expand product offerings.
- Travel regularly to client sites (hybrid: 1 day home, 4 days on the road).
- Experience in retail/hospitality/customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills (POS, e-commerce, CRM, Excel, AI tools).
- Ability to work independently under pressure, with initiative and influence.
- Valid South African driver’s license and own car.
- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
