Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customer journey maps to identify improvement opportunities and enhance overall customer experiences.

• Lead the implementation of CX systems, processes, and initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in CX, client enablement, customer support, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with empathy for customer needs.

• Experience with Customer Experience frameworks, including:

• Customer journey mapping

• Design thinking methodologies

• Voice of Customer (VoC) programs

• Knowledge of CX measurement metrics, including:

• Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution.
