HR Systems & Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HRMS modules including Time and Attendance, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits
- Ensure optimal system performance, data accuracy, and security
- Configure platform workflows and business rules to automate people processes
- Manage integrations and interfaces with internal and external systems
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and releases
- Ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC audit requirements
- Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve HRIS tickets
- Document system configurations and maintain SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience with complex HRMS configuration (UKG Pro preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
- Experience in system and process automation optimization
- Experience managing file feeds, pay codes, and time and attendance configurations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools to enhance system performance
- Hands-on experience supporting SOX and ITGC audits
