Hr Manager

A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations and supporting day-to-day administrative functions.

The selected candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, visa processing, and HR documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain efficient HR processes within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and orientation processes.

• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Handle UAE visa applications, Emirates ID, employment contracts, and PRO-related procedures.

• Process payroll, attendance records, leave management, and HR documentation.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

• Support daily office administration and overall HR operations.

Requirements:

• Previous HR and Administration experience within the UAE.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

• UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and PRO processes.

• Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.

• Payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and visa procedures.
