Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing

COLAB is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager / Client Success Manager (remote) to manage client relationships, ensure successful delivery of digital marketing services remotely, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a digital marketing agency and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Understand client goals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Manage client communication, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance updates and recommendations.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and account growth .
• Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively.
• Work closely with SEO, PPC, social media, content, and other delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate account records, action items, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Management / Client Success experience in a digital marketing agency – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Paid Advertising .
• Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying upselling and account-growth opportunities .
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Dubai.

AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month , based on experience and suitability for the role.
