We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, manage integrated creative projects, and drive successful delivery across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between clients and internal creative, strategy, digital, and production teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard.

The role requires strong client-management skills, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client objectives, business challenges, brand positioning, and marketing priorities.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, status calls, and project reviews.
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value and strengthen client partnerships.
• Manage client expectations, feedback, approvals, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service quality.

Account & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end management of creative campaigns and projects from briefing through execution and delivery.
• Develop project timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive creative briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, social media, digital, production, media, and other specialist teams.
• Track project progress, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Ensure work is delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Creative & Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to translate client requirements into strong creative solutions.
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure work meets both client objectives and creative standards.
• Understand industry trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and emerging communication platforms.
• Contribute to campaign ideas, brand strategies, content plans, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Present creative concepts and campaign recommendations confidently to clients.

Commercial & Financial Management

• Manage account budgets, estimates, quotations, and project profitability.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of agency services.
• Support new business pitches and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and financial reports.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prioritize workloads and help teams resolve project challenges and bottlenecks.
• Mentor and support Account Executives and Account Managers where applicable.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and high-quality output across teams.
• Build strong working relationships with creative, production, strategy, and leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, advertising, creative agencies, marketing, or a related industry.
• Proven experience managing major clients and integrated creative campaigns.
• Experience working across branding, digital, social media, content, advertising, and/or integrated campaigns is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the creative agency environment and production processes.
